Given The Uncertain Number Of Services To Be Ordered, The Contract Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement, Which Is Executed Using Purchase Orders, Within The Meaning Of Articles R2162-4 2°, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Order Thresholds To Be Taken Are As Follows: - Without Minimum Amount For The Four (4) Firm Years; - Maximum Amount For The Four (4) Years Firm: 5,000,000.00 Euros Excluding Vat. As An Estimate, The Contracting Authority Could Order Up To 1,000,000.00 Euros Excluding Vat Of Services Per Year. This Amount Is Not Contractual And Could Be Subject To Change. The Holder Undertakes To Deliver All The Items Ordered And To Carry Out The Services By The Contracting Authority. Purchase Orders Will Be Issued As Needed.
