Energy And Related Services – Provision Of Energy Services By The Epc Method In Selected Buildings Owned By The City Of Jablonec Nad Nisou. The Scope Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures In The Clients Buildings Using The Epc Method. This Is A Complex Public Order Including The Preparation, Implementation And Subsequent Long-Term Monitoring And Evaluation Of The Results Of Implemented Energy-Saving Measures (For A Period Of 12 Years), While The Supplier With Whom The Contract Will Be Concluded Will Provide The Contracting Authority With Contractual Guarantees For The Achievement Of The Specified Energy Savings And Economic Benefits Of The Project. The Supplier Will Propose The Implementation Of The So-Called Mandatory Measures Specified In Article 2.6 Of The Procurement Documentation And Will Propose Other Measures Suitable For The Objects And Include All Measures In The Epc Project, Which Will Then Be Implemented In The Object.
