The Device Will Be Delivered In Standard Quality And Packaging That Complies With Applicable Regulations And Standards, With All Permits Necessary For Sale And Operation, With All Accompanying Documents And In Accordance With The Laws And Directives Of The Czech Republic And The Eu. Part Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Transport Of The Device To The Place Of Performance, Putting The Device Into Operation Incl. Possible Calibration And Other Necessary Settings According To The Manufacturers Instructions, Training Of The Authorized Worker (14-Day Trial Run), User Documentation, User And Maintenance Instructions In The Czech Language (Printed And Electronic Form), Technical Documentation, Warranty Cards, Warranty Service Provision, I.E. Preventive Service Inspections According To The Manufacturers Recommendations, Repairs Of Malfunctions And Defects, I.E. Bringing Devices To A State Of Full Usability Of Their Technical Parameters. The List Of Required Performance, Including The Technical Specification, Is Given In Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation (Technical Specification). The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of A Digital Operating Microscope For Ophthalmology And Other Accessories According To The Specification In Appendix No. 1 Of This Procurement Documentation.
