As A Contractor (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contractor Or The Contractor), The Project Sponsor (Pt) Supports The Federal Ministry Of Education, Family, Senior Citizens, Women And Youth (Bmbfsfj), Department 413 “Infrastructure Funding For Schools” (Hereinafter Referred To As The Client Or The Ag) In Processing The Tasks Resulting From The Digital Pact 2.0. The Basis Of The Digital Pact Is The Framework Agreement Between The Federal And State Governments On The Digital Pact 2.0 (Rv), The Administrative Agreement Digital Pact 2.0 (Vv) And The Federal-State Initiative On Digital Teaching And Learning. Accordingly, The Digital Pact 2.0 Is Divided Into Three Strands: - I “Equipment And It Infrastructure”, - Ii “School And Teaching Development” And - Iii “Federal-State Initiative For Digital Teaching And Learning”. The Support Of The Contractor Is Primarily Required In Storyline I, As Well As For Committees And Tasks Across Storylines, Particularly With Regard To Transfers, Communication And Public Relations.
