The Term For The Execution Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Counted From The Date Of Registration Of The First Schedule For The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy After The Entry Into Force Of The Contract Or Until Reaching The Maximum Allowable Value Under The Contract, Whichever Of The Two Circumstances Occurs First. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 1 Of The Zop, In Conjunction With Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, In Conjunction With Art. 5, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, The Contracting Authority Envisages The Possibility Of Applying The Option: Amendment Of The Contract Should Be Understood As Meaning That If, During The Validity Of The Contract, The Estimated Volume Of Electricity Mwh, Specified In The Present Documentation And The Technical Specification, Is Reached, Or When, At The Time Of Expiry Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Does Not Have A Valid Contract With A Selected Contractor For The Supply Of Electricity, The Concluded Contract For The Award Of This Public Procurement Can Be Amended On The Basis Of Art. 116, Para. 1, Item 1 And/Or Item 3 And Para. 2 Of The Ppa, And Its Validity Period Will Be Extended By Signing An Additional Agreement Between The Parties For A Period Until A New Contract Is Concluded, But Not By More Than 6 Months, As In Fulfillment Of The Requirements Of The Ppa, The Contracting Authority Indicates That The Volume Of The Option Is About 1300 Mwh Of Additional Supplies, And Its Value Cannot Exceed 190,000 Euros Without Vat.
