Urban Planning And Landscape Architectural Services – Environmental Vision. The Assignment Consists Of Four Parts, Namely: - Environmental Vision - Scope And Detail Level Note (Nrd) - Plan Eia - Participation The Contracting Authority Estimates The Value Of The Assignment At €660,000. Tenders Exceeding This Estimate May Be Discarded. The Assignment Includes At Least The Following Components: • Drawing Up An Environmental Vision In Accordance With Article 3.2 Of The Environmental Act For The Entire Territory Of The Municipality, Including A Goals And Assessment Framework; • Carrying Out A Plan Eia With A Broadened Scope (Environmental Impact Assessment (Oer)) In Accordance With Article 16.36 Of The Environmental Act, Including A Photo Of The Living Environment; • Drawing Up One Scope And Detail Level Memorandum (Nrd) For Both The Eia Plan For The Environmental Vision And The Eia Plan For The Environmental Program/Framework Memorandum For The Rural Area; • Drawing Up A Roll-Over List And A Traceability Matrix In Accordance With The Requirements; • Drawing Up And Implementing A Participation Plan, Including The Required Participation Activities And Drawing Up A Participation Report And Consultation Note; • Coordinating Participation, Communication And The Various Sub-Products With The Municipal Project Organization; • Guiding The Municipality In Administrative Decision-Making, Working Sessions And Coordination With The Eia Committee, Insofar As These Form Part Of The Assignment. The Work To Be Carried Out Must Meet The Requirements As Described In Appendix 1 Schedule Of Requirements.
