1. The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Obtaining The Necessary Decisions, Opinions And Permits, A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or An Unprotested Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works And The Implementation Of Construction Works For The Task Entitled: Construction Of Household Sewage Treatment Plants In The Commune Of Byczyna - The Town Of Sarnów (Chudoba).2.As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Develop A Technical Concept Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu), B) Prepare Design Documentation In Accordance With The Principles Indicated In Point 4, C) Prepare The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Hereinafter Referred To As Stwior), D) Carry Out Construction And Assembly Works Within The Scope Specified In The Ffu And The Design Documentation Prepared On Its Basis, E) Perform Authors Supervision. F) The Developed Design Documentation Must Meet The Scope And Requirements Indicated In Point 4.3.Before Starting To Prepare The Design Documentation, Within 1 Month From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Develop And Present A Technical Concept To The Ordering Party For Approval. The Concept Must Include: - Architectural And Construction Drawings Presenting The Concept, I.E. Necessary Projections, Cross-Sections, A Descriptive Part Containing A Description Of Architectural And Construction Solutions, - Installation Drawings In Individual Industries, I.E. The Sanitary Installations Industry, The Electrical Installations Industry, The Technical Concept Prepared On The Basis Of The Pfu Includes, Among Others: Concept Of Design Solutions. The Concept Requires, Under Pain Of Invalidity, Written Approval By The Ordering Party, Which The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain Before Starting Work On The Construction Design. The Contractor Prepares The Technical Concept In Three Copies On Paper.4.The Developed Design Documentation Will Include At Least: A) Architectural And Construction Design And Plot Development Design - Developed In Accordance With The Ffu, With The Requirements Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In Force In Poland, And Then Preparing An Application For Obtaining A Building Permit/Notification Of Construction Works (Where Applicable) And Obtaining All Necessary Consents, Arrangements, Guidelines, Opinions - 5 Copies. Design Work Will Be Carried Out In Close, Ongoing Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Ordering Party. For This Purpose, Coordination Meetings Will Be Held At Least Once A Month. B) Technical (Executive) Design For The Purposes Of Implementing The Investment. The Detailed Designs Will Provide Details For The Implementation Of The Architectural And Construction Design.
