1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Involving The Reconstruction Of A Former Central Heating Boiler Room For The Purposes Of Practical Vocational Training, In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Provides For The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law, Which Entitles The Ordering Party To Unilaterally Extend The Subject Of The Agreement To Include The Optional Scope Of Construction Work.2. The Basic Scope Includes Works Covered By The Basic Bill Of Quantities, The Option Right Covers Works Specified In The Optional Bill Of Quantities. The Basic Scope Also Includes Equipment For The Practical Training Room And Workshop In Accordance With The Equipment Design And Catalog Cards.
