1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Service Of The Cr15-X Agfa Scanner Together With Equipment From The X-Ray Laboratory/1. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1A To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Subject And Conditions Of The Implementation Of This Order Should Be In Accordance With The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices And Regulation (Eu) 2017/745 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 5 April 2017 On Medical Devices Or Regulation (Eu) 2017/746 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 5 April 2017 On In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices (If Applicable) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard.4. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Performed By Employees With A Personal Certificate Issued By The Equipment Manufacturer, To Be Presented Immediately Upon Each Request Of The Ordering Party (Maximum 2 Business Days, During The Entire Duration Of The Contract). 5. The Contractor Should Perform Service Services In Accordance With The Instructions For Using The Devices, Manufacturers Recommendations, Specialist Knowledge And With Due Diligence Required By Law. 6. Periodic Inspection Of The Devices Will Be Performed On Dates Previously Agreed With The Ordering Party, And Their Frequency And Scope Will Result From The Recommendations Of The Manufacturer Of The Devices In The Equipment. Instructions For Use. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.
