1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused Bus With A Minimum Of 21 Seats, I.E. A Minimum Of 20 Passenger Seats And 1 Drivers Seat, Adapted To Transport At Least One Person In A Wheelchair In Accordance With The Technical Specification - Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 2.2. The Bus Must Be Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including At Least One Person Using A Wheelchair. Space For A Wheelchair In A Separate Space Or Obtained After Dismantling Some Of The Seats. The Vehicle Should Be Equipped With Ramps And Rails To Facilitate The Introduction Of A Wheelchair Into The Interior Of The Vehicle And Seat Belts Adapted To The Person Sitting In The Wheelchair.3. The Bus Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Regulations Regarding Buses Intended For The Transport Of Disabled Persons Resulting From The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of The Vehicle And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 502, As Amended). Must Have A Valid Approval Certificate Or An Equivalent Document Called A Certificate Of National Individual Vehicle Approval Issued By The Director Of The Transport Technical Supervision With Adaptation For The Transport Of Disabled Persons, Issued In Accordance With The Act Of April 14, 2023 On Approval Systems For Vehicles And Their Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 919, As Amended). Later Amended) The Offered Bus Must Come From Mass Production And Cannot Contain Prototype Solutions Adapting The Offered Devices To The Requirements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.
