In Addition To The Delivery Of The Kits With Reagents And The Consumables Dedicated To Obtaining The Tests, It Is Also Necessary To Make Available, Free Of Charge, For The Entire Duration Of The Framework Agreement/Subsequent Co-Contracts, Two Analyzers (One Analyzer As A Back-Up) According To Art. 160 Paragraph (2) Of Law No. 98/2016 Regarding Public Procurement (As Amended By The Governments Emergency Ordinance No. 107/2017), In Conjunction With The Provisions Of Art. 27 Of Government Decision No. 395/2016, The Contracting Authority Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications (If They Were Received In Time), On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers In The Notice Of Participation. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days.
