The Subject Of The Order Is To Grant A Long-Term Loan In Pln In The Amount Of Pln 3,407,368.00 To The Lubaczów Commune, Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party, With The Following Characteristics: A) Loan Amount: Pln 3,407,368.00 (In Words: Three Million, Four Hundred And Seven Thousand, Three Hundred And Sixty-Eight Zlotys 00/100). The Loan Will Be Disbursed In Polish Zlotys (Pln), In A Non-Cash Form By Executing The Ordering Partys Instructions. B) Purpose Of The Loan: • Repayment Of Previously Incurred Credit And Loan Liabilities In The Amount Of Pln 1,964,088.00, • Financing Of The Planned Deficit In The Amount Of Pln 1,443,280.00. C) Loan Period: From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To December 31, 2038. D) The Loan Repayment Security Will Only Consist Of A Blank Promissory Note Together With A Promissory Note Declaration, With The Countersignature Of The Commune Treasurer On These Documents. E) The Loan Will Be Disbursed Upon The Borrowers Written Instruction, In The Form Of A Transfer, In Tranches, To The Indicated Bank Account Within The Period From The Date Of Signing The Agreement To December 31, 2026. F) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Full Loan Amount. G) It Is Possible To Change The Amount And Date Of Disbursement Of The Loan. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Amount And Date Of Payment Of A Given Loan Tranche 3 Days Before The Loan Is Disbursed. H) The Capital In Polish Zlotys Will Be Repaid On Quarterly Dates Specified In The Annex To The Agreement In The Following Installments: 8 Installments In The Amount Of Pln 25,000.00, 4 Installments In The Amount Of Pln 50,000.00, 12 Installments In The Amount Of Pln 87,500.00, 11 Installments In The Amount Of Pln 162,500.00 And The Last Installment In The Amount Of Pln 169,868.00 With A Grace Period For Repayment Of The First Installment Until March 31, 2030. I) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Early Repayment Of The Capital Or Capital Installment Without Incurring Any Costs In This Respect. The First Interest Payment Will Be Made In The Month Of Granting The Loan. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party 10 Days (Calendar Days) In Advance About The Interest Rate. When Calculating Interest, It Is Assumed That A Year Has 365 Days, And A Month And A Quarter Have The Actual Number Of Calendar Days. The Loan Will Be Repaid: In Quarterly Installments Over The Period From March 31, 2030 To December 31, 2038. If The Loan Or Interest Repayment Date Falls On A Public Holiday, The Deadline Is Considered To Have Been Met If The Repayment Was Made On The First Business Day After The Deadline Specified In The Agreement.
