Review And Analysis Of The Existing Report On The Results Of The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics Of The Building And The Technical Passport Of The Construction; Review And Analysis Of The Existing Report Of The Conducted Survey On The Energy Characteristics Of The Building; Review And Analysis Of Assessment For The Presence Of Protected Species In The Building; Architectural Surveying Of The Building And Geodetic Surveying Of The Adjacent Terrain, If Necessary; Additional Studies If Necessary, Including A Detailed Inspection Of The Site To Reflect Any Changes That May Have Occurred After The Stage Of Preparation Of The Energy Efficiency Survey (E.G. Additional Woodwork Replaced, Etc.). The Contractor Should Notify The Contracting Authority, Who Coordinates The Preliminary Project Activities; Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Object/Sections Of The Building, In Scope And With Content According To Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, The Legal And By-Laws Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Mandatory Prescriptions Of The Reports On The Results Of The Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics Of The Construction And Of The Survey Carried Out For Energy Efficiency Of The Relevant Section Of The Building; Execution By The Contractor Of All Necessary Activities For Coordination Of The Investment Project With The Contracting Authority
