The Subject Of The Contract Is Also The Provision Of Energy Management Services For The Building For The First 3 Years Of Operation Of The Visual Impairment Clinic. Furthermore, The Client Also Requires Processing Of The Information Model Of The Building In All Project Stages, Including The Actual Execution Of The Building. Everything Will Be Carried Out Using Bim Information Modeling, In Accordance With Act No. 330/2025 Coll., On The Management Of Information On Construction And The Built Environment And On The Amendment Of Certain Laws, And In Accordance With The Currently Valid Legislation Regarding This Law, Especially At The Time Of The Effective Decrees.
