The Subject Of The Performance Of The Awarded Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of One (1) Framework Agreement For The Provision Of Comprehensive Supplies Of Drugstores And Cleaning Products With The Provision Of Substitute Performance For The Needs Of Hmp Contribution Organizations In The Sense Of The Authorizing Contracting Authorities, For A Period Of Twelve (12) Consecutive Months. Fulfillment Will Take Place On The Basis Of The Current Needs Of The Authorizing Contracting Authorities. The Subject Of Performance Also Includes Transport To The Place Of Performance, Packaging Of The Goods In A Standard Way And Unloading From The Means Of Transport, All According To The Terms Of Reference. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With One (1) Selected Supplier According To The Procedure According To § 134 Zzvz, I.E.
