The Municipalities Of Amstelveen And Aalsmeer Have An Extensive Real Estate Portfolio For Which Up-To-Date And Reliable Maintenance Information Is Necessary To Substantiate Planned Management, Maintenance And Investment Decisions. The Reason For This Agreement Is The Need For (Re)Inspecting Municipal Real Estate In Accordance With Nen 2767, Updating The Existing Inventories And Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (Mjops) And Drawing Up Sustainable Multi-Year Maintenance Plans (Dmjops) For Part Of The Portfolio. The Size Of The Purchase Is 180 Objects As Set Out In Appendix B, Spread Over The Next Three Years 2027, 2028 And 2029. The Estimated Size Is Based On The Results Of Previous Assignments And The Internal Market Survey. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Estimated Size.
