The Subject Of The Order Consists Of 2 Tasks: 1) Task 1 - Design And Construction Of 20 Home Sewage Treatment Plants For Residents Of The Jabłonna Commune As Part Of The Design And Build Task, And 2) Task 2 - Construction Of 1 Sewage Treatment Plant At A Public Utility Facility. The Scope Of Task 1 Includes The Design And Construction Of 20 Home Sewage Treatment Plants Using Rotating Or Trickled Bed Technology, Legitimizing With A Certificate Of Compliance With The Pn-En 12566-3 Standard Or Equivalent, On Private Properties In The Jabłonna Commune In Accordance With The List Of Plots Included In The Functional And Utility Program, Hereinafter Referred To As The Pfu, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Will Obtain All Output Data As Well As Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary For The Design, Construction, Commissioning And Commissioning Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants For Operation. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And The Requirements Presented In The Fup. The Pfu Contains Situational Maps Indicating The Location Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Agreed With The Property Owners. The Bid Cost Estimate(S) That The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Which(S) Will Constitute An Annex To The Construction Works Contract Should Include The Value Of The Works Divided Into Properties Included In The List. The Scope Of Task 2 Includes The Construction Of 1 Sewage Treatment Plant At The Primary School In Tuszów Based On The Design Documentation Held By The Ordering Party, A Valid Building Permit And A Valid Water Permit. The Design Documentation Together With The Bill Of Quantities Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Is Noted That The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Only Auxiliary And Cannot Constitute The Sole Basis For The Valuation Of The Offer, Which Means That When Performing The Order, The Contractor Cannot Refer To Deficiencies (In Quantity, Type) In The Bills Of Quantities And, On This Basis, Demand Additional Payment For The Works Necessary To Be Performed, Which Were Not Provided For In The Bills Of Quantities.
