The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Work Entitled: Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 170059Z In Żukowo, Sławno Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law And Implementing Regulations.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Construction And Executive Design Documentation Attached To The Swz. Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 170059Z In Żukowo Commune. Sławno And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of Swz.3.The Scope Of The Order Is A Road With A Length Of Approximately 520 Meters.4.The Project Envisages, Among Others: 1) Reconstruction Of The Road With A Surface From Stone Pavement To Asphalt, 2) Construction Of An Aggregate Base, 3) Construction Of A Sidewalk Made Of Old Concrete Blocks, 4) Construction Of Exits Made Of Concrete Blocks And Demolition Pavement, 5) Construction Of Parking Bays Made Of Demolition Pavement, 6) Construction Of Roadsides, 7) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System, 8) Tidying Up And Terrain Contouring.5.Comments On The Order - The Contractor Must Manage The Troughing Material On His Own. Demolition Pavement Not Used For The Construction Of Exits And Parking Lots Should Be Transported To The Pszok Area In Warszków. For The Construction Of Ramps Made Of Concrete Blocks And Sidewalks, The Following Should Be Used In Accordance With The Technical Description, I.E. Old Paving Stones, Thickness 8 Cm, At Least Three Elements In The Color Rust Melange/Autumn Melange. The Type Of Cube Will Be Chosen By The Ordering Party.6.A Detailed Description And Material Scope Of Construction Works Are Presented In The Design Documentation: 1) Construction And Executive Design, 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. These Documents Should Be Used To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate And A Material And Financial Statement (Appendix No. 8 To The Contract). The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Documentation Are An Auxiliary Element, They Should Be Verified With The Swz And Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Works By The Contractor. The Basis For The Valuation Should Be The Construction And Executive Design, The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Comments Contained In The Swz. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Sections Of The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor Should Correspond To The Sections Of The Material And Financial Schedule Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Contract.
