The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Scope Of Preparatory, Demolition And Construction Works, Is Determined By The Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 2A To The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Works In The Area Marked In Annex No. 13 (Graphic Attachment) As Task: Blue And Green Spa Space.3. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Area Entered In The Register Of Monuments By Decision No. A/4072/1166/Wł Of March 28, 19864. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Decision No. 10/Vi/B/2025 Of The Starosta Of Kłodzko Of May 5, 2025 For A Construction Permit And Decision No. 1370/2024 Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments Of September 30, 2024 - A Permit To Carry Out Conservation And Restoration Works In Parks Or Other Types Of Organized Greenery.
