The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery Of Municipal Tractors For The Needs Of Soks Płomień Kostrze - Part 1.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4.1 To The Swz (Material Scope 4.1).3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Minimum 36-Month Warranty For The Delivered Subject Matter Of The Order. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract (To Be Assessed In Criterion 2) Should Be Indicated In The Offer Form, But It Must Be Given In Months, And The Extension Of The Warranty Period Must Refer To 12-Month Periods (E.G. 48 Months, 60 Months - No Longer Than 60 Months).4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 2.1 To The Swz.
