Security Services - Providing 24-Hour Physical Protection Services For People And Property, Including Monitoring In The Building Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development. 1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Provision Of 24-Hour Direct Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property, Including Monitoring, In The Building Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development In Warsaw At Ul. Wspólna 30 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Building Or Facility) And The Support Of The Intervention Group, Specified In Detail In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. 2. The Services Are Provided In The Facility Referred To In Section 1, And Within The Streets: Wspólna, Krucza, Parkingowa And Żurawia, In Accordance With The Facilities Protection Plan Of The Ministry Of Agriculture And Rural Development. 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Tasks Related To National Security Regarding The Protection Of The Building Resulting From The Act Of April 26, 2007 On Crisis Management (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 574, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of March 25, 2025 On The Preparation Of A National Security Management System (Journal Of Laws Laws Of 2025, Item 407, As Amended). 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Draft Contract (Hereinafter: Opz). 5. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: • Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; • An Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
