Request for proposals for Provision of a Consultant to Develop an Industrial Process and Product Use (IPPU) GHG Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Regulatory Framework in Namibia. You are hereby invited to submit technical and financial proposals to develop an IPPU GHG Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) Regulatory Framework in Namibia for the EIF which could form the basis for future negotiations and ultimately, a contract between you and EIF. The consultancy is open to both individual consultants and consulting firms or consortia. 2. The purpose of this assignment is to: The overall objective of this consultancy is to develop a mandatory, functional, and transparent regulatory framework for monitoring, reporting, and verifying (MRV) GHG emissions and consumption of certain HFCs from the IPPU sector, and to improve the accuracy of the corresponding national inventories. 3.
