Tenders are invited for Navisp el1-132 Development and Validation of Flexible Eloran/Gnss Signal Simulator- Expro+ The increasing dependence on GNSS for positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) services has highlighted vulnerabilities to jamming,spoofing, interference and space-weather effects. eLORAN is emerging as a resilient terrestrial complement to GNSS, but its adoptionrequires advanced tools capable of realistically testing and validating hybrid GNSS/eLORAN solutions. This activity will develop and validate a flexible, modular and future-proof eLORAN/GNSS signal simulator, synchronised with commercial GNSS simulators and supported by dedicated Receiver Analysis and Validation Tools.
