Price of Bid Document (LKR): 5,000.00 Bidding Documents could be purchased by any prospective Bidders or their accredited Agents on submission of a written request to the respective Chief Engineer of Power Stations upon payment of the amount indicated in Column 5 of the above table for each set of Bid Documents, between 09.00 hrs. and 15.00 hrs. on any working days till the day prior to the bid closing date. Payment shall be made in cash or by bank draft drawn in favour of the Electricity Generation Lanka (Private) Limited. Payments may also be deposited at any branch to the credit of the Mahaweli Complex Collection Account maintained at Peoples Bank, Headquarters Branch, Account No. 20420-03-10017517, and the original bank slip shall be produced as proof of payment. Foreign Diplomatic Missions/ Trade Commissions may obtain information copies of the Bidding Documents, free of charge on submission of a written request.
