Achieving A Safe, Reliable, Sustainable And Future-Proof Technical Operation Of The Eye Film Museum, Whereby The Building-Related Installations Optimally Contribute To The Continuity Of Business Operations And The Visitor Experience. The Estimated Contract Value Is € 3,100,000 Excluding Vat Over The Maximum Term Of Ten (10) Years, Including Option Years. This Estimate Consists Of Two Parts: 1. Public Building (Eye Film Museum) The Estimate Is Based On Current Annual Expenses Of Approximately € 100,000 Excluding Vat For Technical Maintenance And € 80,000 Excluding Vat For Repairs, Replacements And Parts, A Total Of € 180,000 Per Year. Over A Period Of Ten Years This Amounts To € 1,800,000. A Surcharge Has Been Applied To This Amount For Price Developments, Indexation And Increasing Maintenance Needs As A Result Of The Aging Of The Building And Installations. 2. Additional (Optional) - Collection Center The Possible Building To Be Added Assumes Annual Costs Of Approximately € 45,000 Excluding Vat For Maintenance And € 20,000 Excluding Vat For Repairs, Replacements And Parts, A Total Of € 65,000 Per Year. In Ten Years This Will Amount To €650,000. Including A Surcharge For Unforeseen Costs, Indexation And Development Of Maintenance Needs. No Rights Can Be Derived From This Estimate.
