The Objective Of This Tender Is To Contract A Contractor Who Will Carry Out The Soil Remediation Within Hofwijk Noord Effectively And In A Controlled Manner, In Such A Way That The Risks Of Mobile And Volatile Contaminants Are Removed. The Result Is A Safe And Sustainably Designed Site With A Clean Surface, Minimal Aftercare And The Elimination Of Associated Usage Restrictions And Registrations. The Work Mainly Consists Of: • Demolishing Remaining Foundations • Cleaning Up And Clearing The Site • Installing Sheet Piling • Applying Safety Facilities For The Work • Excavating And Removing Contaminated Soil • Excavating And Rearranging Soil To Be Retained • Applying A Top Layer • Dismantling The Groundwater Cleaning Installation See Tender Documents.
