For The Assignment, Two Subcontracts Must Be Entered Into. A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Liquid Dairies And A Framework Agreement For The Purchase Of Fixed Dairies Must Be Entered Into. If A Supplier Is Awarded Both Sub-Contracts, The Sub-Contracts Are Converted Into One Contract. Fma Refers To The Attached Tender Documents For The Individual Sub-Area For Further Information.
