As Part Of The Expansion Of The Wilhelm-Hüls-Schule Primary School Building, New Rooms For Administration As Well As A Cafeteria With A Warm-Up Kitchen And A Break Toilet Facility Are To Be Created. A Two-Story Extension Is Planned With A Technical Mezzanine And An Adjoining Building To The Existing Old Building. The Total Gross Floor Area Is Approximately 1,300M². The Structural Concept Envisages Reinforced Concrete Walls On The Ground Floor And Multi-Shell Wooden Walls On The Upper Floor. As Part Of The Construction Project, The Existing Toilet Building Will Be Demolished.
