The Subject Includes:Study And Analysis Of The Practices Developed Over The Years For Coordination And Intersectoral Interaction, Incl. Review Of All Existing Coordination Mechanisms At The Local Level - Regional And Municipal, On The Implementation Of Policies And Measures To Support Children And Families With A Focus On The Thematic Directions Of The Action Plan For The Implementation Of Recommendation (Eu) 2021/1004 Of The Council On The Creation Of A European Guarantee For The Child (2030) (Early Childhood Education And Care; Inclusive Education And School Activities; Health Care; Healthy Nutrition; Suitable Housing And Other Tools To Overcome Social Exclusion And Reduce Child Poverty);Identification And Analysis Of Good Practices For Cross-Sectoral Interaction At The National, Regional And Municipal Level And At The Level Of Eu Member States; Developing A Reasoned Proposal For A Coordination Mechanism.1.1 Main Purpose The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Support The Improvement Of Coordination And Intersectoral Interaction In The Implementation Of Policies To Support Children And Families, Including The Implementation Of The Commitments Of The Republic Of Bulgaria Under The European Child Guarantee (Ecg).In Order To Achieve This Goal, A Comprehensive Review And Analysis Of The Existing Mechanisms For Interaction At The National And Local Level (District And Municipal) Should Be Carried Out, Their Effectiveness Should Be Evaluated And, Based On The Results, A Proposal For A Sustainable Coordination Mechanism Should Be Developed To Support The Effective Implementation Of Egd Measures Among The Target Groups Of Children And Families.​​​​​​​
