Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Prevention Of The Built E-University Software Platform At Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov Medical University - Varna

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Specialized Maintenance And Prevention Of Basic Modules Of The Built E-University Software Platform In Mu-Varna, According To The Attached Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1), Referred To As System For Short.According To Its Specific Needs And Financial Security, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Assign The Implementation Of The Development Of Additional Functionalities Of The System Or Changes To The Existing Ones, Called Additional Improvements For Short.Each Participant Must Submit An Offer For Maintenance And Prevention For The Full Range Of Modules Included In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).The Maintenance And Prevention Of The System Should Be Carried Out With A View To Predicting And Preventing Incidents Before They Happen To The Employer And Building High Reliability For The Systems Operability And Should Include At Least Weekly Reviews Of The System Error Logs, Review For Potential Problems Related To The Hardware And Software Infrastructure And Their Elimination. The Mode Of Operation Of The System Should Be Uninterrupted, Year-Round.In The Event Of A Need Arising At The Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Shall Perform Corrections And Additional Refinements In Accordance With The Current Architecture And Performance Requirements Of The System. Any Development Of Additional Functionalities Or Changes To The Existing Ones In The System, The Contracting Authority Will Set, Through A Written Request With A Description Of The Objective Prerequisites Giving Rise To The Need For Additional Refinement, A Certain Reasonable Period For The Presentation Of Information By The Contractor For A Decision, Date, Name And Position Of A Contact Person On The Part Of The Contracting Authority. For His Part, The Contractor Will Provide The Information Regarding The Specific Performance Of The Task And The Necessary Hours For The Specific Solutions Within The Specified Time. Based On The Information Presented, The Employer And The Contractor Sign An Interim Protocol For The Number Of Hours Required For The Finishing Work And The Deadline For Completion.​​​​​​​
