Tenders Are Invited For Winter Maintenance (Snow Removal And Sandblasting) Of The Municipal Road Network Of The Municipality Of Trun For The Operating Season Of 2027

Through This Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Will Ensure The Cleaning Of Snow And Ice, The Anti-Icing Treatment And The Securing Of The Municipal Roads On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Trun Against Slipping (Sanding) Of The Road Surfaces And Facilities In Order To Ensure Conditions For The Normal Flow Of Traffic And To Prevent The Formation Of Snowdrifts On The Roads Of The Municipal Road Network With A Total Length Of 112,300 Kmthe Participant Selected As The Contractor Assumes The Obligation To Ensure Good Passability In Winter Conditions Of The Municipal Road Network, Depending On Changes In The Meteorological Situation Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. During The Execution Of The Contract, It Is Obliged To Protect The Integrity And Cleanliness Of The Road Surface, The Life And Health Of Citizens And Animals, As Well As The Property And Non-Property Rights Of Individuals And Legal Entities, To Comply With Labor, Environmental And Any Legislation Related To The Subject Of The Order And The Instructions For Operating The Machines.The Purpose Of Awarding This Contract Is The Selection Of A Person To Whom The Service For The Winter Maintenance Of The Municipal Road Network On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Trun Will Be Assigned.A Detailed Description Of All Planned Activities Is Contained In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation.
