The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Services For The Preparation And Delivery Of Complementary Snacks For The Students From I To Iv Grades In Stoyan Mihailovski Elementary School - Plovdiv.1. The Supplied Supporting Breakfast Should Necessarily Provide 10 - 15 Percent Of The Energy Content Of The Food For The Day For The Relevant Age Group, Namely The Students From I To Iv Classes, According To The Recommended Values For The Average Daily Intake Of Energy And Nutrients, Determined In Appendix No. 1 To Art. 9, Para. 1 Of Ordinance No. H-3 Of October 3, 2025 On Healthy Nutrition For Students;2. The Food Must Be Of High Quality, Wholesome And Safe, Meeting All The Requirements Of National And European Legislation In This Regard;3. Prepared Snacks Should Be Delivered To The School Building By: No Later Than 8:00 A.M. (Eight Oclock) Daily During School Days In Quantities According To The Number Of Students Present In The School.4. For Each Delivery Of Prepared Snacks, A Receipt-Handover Protocol Must Be Signed By The Contractor On A Daily Basis, Prepared By The Class Teacher Of The Relevant Class, Which Indicates The Number Of Students Present, The Type And Number Of Snacks Received.5. The Delivery Of The Ready-Made Complementary Snacks Should Be Made To The Building Of The Stoyan Mihailovski Elementary School, Located At The Address: Plovdiv, 45 Konstantin Gerov Street.6. The Contractor Should Send The Menu For Coordination By E-Mail To The Contracting Authority By Thursday Of The Previous Week, And The Same Shall Be Published On The Schools Website.7. The Volume Of Supplies Of Snacks, Including: Snacks, Sandwiches And/Or Fruit/Milk, Dairy Products And/Or Tea With Honey For The Students From The 1St To The 4Th Grade Will Depend On The Needs Of The Employer During The Period Of Performance Of The Contract.8. The Supporting Breakfast (Including Snacks, Sandwiches, Fruit, Milk/Dairy Products, Tea With Honey) Should Be Prepared From Food Products That Meet The Requirements Provided For In The Food Act And Related By-Laws.9. The Contractor Should Deliver Fruit Instead Of Breakfast Once A Week. Once A Week Breakfast Should Be Made From Whole Grain Flour.
