In The Implementation Of This Public Contract, Contractors Should Be Appointed For Construction And Installation Works For The Execution Of An Openwork Fence In Part Of Pi 51723.136.7 And Part Of Pi 51723.136.10, A Reception Center With Open Parking, A Reception Building And A Stage In Pi 51723.136.7, Park Planning And Improvement Of The Archaeological Site Of The Aincc Nikopol Fortress In Part Of Pi 51723.136.10 Of The Site Preservation, Research, Conservation And Socialization Of The Aincc Nikopol Fortress, In The Area Balaja, City Of Nikopol, Municipality Of Nikopol, District Of Pleven On Three Separate Positions.In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Three Separate Positions Are Envisaged, Namely:1. Separate Position No. 3 - Park Construction And Improvement Of The Archaeological Site Of The Aincc Nikopol Fortress In Pi 51723.136.10.In The Scope Of The Subject Of Each Specific Item, The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works Is Provided For The Implementation Of The Relevant Site, Including: • Execution Of Construction - Installation Works, Including Supply Of Raw Materials And Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And Quantitative Bills;• Warranty Liability In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2003 For Putting Construction Into Operation In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Minimum Warranty Periods For The Implementation Of Smr, In Connection With Art. 160, Para. 4 And Para. 5 Of The Zut.
