Purpose And Expected Results Objective:- The Purpose Of This Order Is To Determine A Contractor Who Will Perform The Activities From The Subject Of The Order During The Implementation Of Engineering-Design, Construction And Authors Supervision For A Site: Repair, Remodeling And Reconstruction Of A Municipal Building Of Social Services Day Center For Adults With Disabilities In Upi Xviii - 307 / Pi 55302.501.307/, Quarter 19, Town Of Panagyurishte.The Following Activities Are Planned:Review And Analysis Of The Existing Situation And The Available Documentation For The Planned Activities;Preparation Of A Technical Project, According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects; Zut And The By-Laws For Its Implementation;Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works;Carrying Out Author Supervision, Including Strict Compliance With The Approved Project Documentation, Technical Solutions, Project Refinements, Technological Control And Assistance In Putting The Site Into Operation;Preparation Of Executive Documentation - If Necessary.Expected Results:As A Result Of The Overall Execution Of The Order, The Following Results Are Foreseen In The Volume Indicated Below:Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase;Completed Construction And Assembly Works According To The Project;Exercising Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works On The Site;- Renewed Site Of The Social Infrastructure In The Town Of Panagyurishte - To Provide A Complex Of Social Services In Two Day Centers For Adults With Disabilities And To Provide The Social Service Assistant Support. - Landscaping Of Courtyard Spaces With Provision Of An Accessible Environment.- Secured And Secured Subsidence Of Pavements In The Yard Space;- Placed Into Operation Facility For Three Social Services.
