The Subject Matter Of This Tender Requires Satisfying The Need To Execute The Works That Allow The Construction Of The New Communal Building, Which Houses The Different Municipal Directorates And Departments At The Intersection Of Jaime Guzmán Street And Atacama Street In The Town Of Baquedano, Which Aims To Centralize The Services Provided To The Community And Improve Their Attention. The Project Corresponds To A Two-Story Building Intended For Municipal Use. The Design Is Considered In Reinforced Concrete, Metaldeck Type Slab And With A Metal Shade Anchored On It. In Plan The Building Has Approximate Dimensions Of 48X16m. The Earthquake-Resistant System Of The Building Is Structured Based On Reinforced Concrete Walls Resistant To Shear In Two Directions Perpendicular To Each Other.Vertical Static Loads Are Resisted By Reinforced Concrete Walls And Columns. The Vertical Resistant Elements Are Joined By Beams And Slabs That Make Up A Diaphragm, Which, When Faced With Horizontal Stresses, Acts As A Diaphragm In Its Plane.The Foundation System Corresponds To Continuous Footings Under The Walls And Isolated Footings Under Columns.
