Heating Boiler Maintenance Services, The Rgu “Cynological Center Of The Agency Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan For Financial Monitoring” Submits To The Supplier An Application For The Disposal Of Organizational Equipment, Property And Other Material Assets According To The List That Are Subject To Write-Off From The Customer’S Balance Sheet As Part Of Fixed Assets And Inventory.The Supplier Is Obliged:Accept From The Customer The Property Specified In The Approved List For Further Disposal;Carry Out Disposal Of Property In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Legislation Of The Republic Of Kazakhstan And Established Rules For Handling Relevant Types Of Waste;Ensure Proper Execution Of Documents Confirming The Fact Of Acceptance And Disposal Of Property;Provide The Customer With Standard Documents Confirming The Disposal In Full And On Time;If Necessary, Provide Acceptance Certificates, Work Completion Certificates And Other Documents Confirming The Transfer Of Property For Disposal And Its Actual Implementation.Property Is Subject To Disposal In Accordance With The List Approved By The Customer, Including Organizational Equipment, Fixed Assets And Inventories Subject To Write-Off.The Supplier Is Responsible For The Safety Of The Accepted Property Until It Is Transferred For Disposal And For The Accuracy Of The Documents Provided To The Customer; Within 5 (Five) Calendar Days After Shipment From The Customer’S Territory, Provide The Documents Disposal Certificates To The Customer.All Work On Acceptance, Transportation And Disposal Of Property Is Carried Out By The Supplier With Mandatory Approval From The Customer. Without Prior Agreement With The Customer, Changes To The List Of Property, The Procedure For Its Transfer Or The Method Of Disposal Are Not Allowed.
