All proposals received shall be considered property of ACES and not returned. You are kindly requested to return the attached acknowledgement letter (Annex VI) no later than the date indicated below to indicate whether or not you intend to submit a proposal. Your proposal should reach the address indicated at point 7 below in hardcopy. Email copies will not be accepted or considered.
