1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of The Sidewalk Surface Along Kwiatowa Street, Part Of Plot No. 375 Rev. In Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Consisting Of Replacing The Surface With Gray Concrete Cubes 25X25x8 Along With Replacing Road Curbs And Edges.2.The Order Includes The Following: 1) Ul. Kwiatowa - Sidewalk On Both Sides, 2) From Ul. Szeroka To Ul. Veterans - Length Approx. 380 Meters (Excluding The Section Along The Church And Kindergarten 12).3.As Part Of The Construction Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform: 1) Demolition Of Pedestrian Routes, Including Removal And Disposal In Accordance With The Scope Of Works; 2) Drainage, Compaction And Profiling Of The Subsoil; 3) Construction Of A Foundation For Sidewalks From Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm Or Crushed Concrete Thickness. 10 Cm; 4) Replacement Of The Sidewalk Surface With Concrete Cubes (Gray Color 25X25x8 Cm) On A Cement-Sand Ballast 5 Mpa Thick. 5;5) Replacement Of Sidewalk Edges And Road Curbs;6) Adjustment Of The Height Of Sewage Wells And Water Supply Valves Along With Hardening Of Manholes With Paving Stones;7) Renovation Of Lawns;8) Accompanying Works Required To Renovate The Sidewalk, I.E.
