Basztowa 8 In Przemyśl, As Part Of The Task Entitled Chata Przemyślaka - Supported Housing Development Program In The Przemyśl Municipality. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Including: 1) Demolition And Preparatory Works; 2) Bricklaying Works; 3) Installation Works; 4) Finishing Works; 5) Cleaning And Auxiliary Works.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Sopz. 4. The Subject Of The Order Is In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family And Social Policy Of October 20, 2023 On Training And Supported Housing (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2354), I.E.: It Consists Of A Generally Accessible Kitchen, Bathroom, Internal Communication Space, The Area Of The Rooms Is At Least 12 M2 Per Person, The Premises Are Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, Each Room Is Equipped With The Required Equipment.5. The Ordering Party Requires That Construction Works Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including The Obligation To Adapt Premises No. 2 To The Needs Of People With Special Needs. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: 1) Access To The Premises Via An Electric Stairclimber, 2) Implementation Of Threshold-Free Floors On The Entire Surface Of The Premises, 3) Widening Of Door Openings In Accordance With The Design, 4) Construction Of A Bathroom Adapted To The Needs Of People With Disabilities, 5) Ensuring Appropriate Width Of Communication Routes And Installation Height Of Devices. All Solutions Must Be Consistent With The Design Documentation And Regulations On Accessibility For People With Special Needs.
