The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare Complete, Coordinated, Mutually Consistent And Compliant With The Regulations Design Documentation, Including All Studies, Analyses, Opinions, Arrangements, Administrative Decisions, Checks, Calculations, Balances, Industry Solutions And Other Materials Necessary For Proper Design, Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit, Conducting Public Procurement Proceedings For Construction Works And Implementing The Investment. This Obligation Also Applies To Elements Not Explicitly Mentioned In The Opz, If Their Implementation Results From Applicable Regulations, Technical Knowledge, Guidelines Of Network Operators, Administrative Bodies Or Adopted Design Solutions. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration For The Performance Of Such Studies. The Investment Includes The Construction Of Approximately 28 Apartments With The Necessary Infrastructure In A Multi-Family Building On A Plot Located In Strumień At Zielona Street And The Development Of The Area Around The Investment.
