The Subject Of The Investment Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works For A Task Consisting Of Two Stages: Stage I: Reconstruction Of Dormitory Rooms. Herkules Together With Comprehensive Installation Of Telecommunications And Cctv Network Infrastructure And Installation Of A Modern Fire Alarm System. Stage Ii Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Rooms Of The Herkules Dormitory Together With Thermal Modernization Of The Facade And Development Of The Area Around The Building. The Subject Was Described In The Functional And Utility Programs For Two Stages, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In The Design Of The Video Monitoring System On The Pcz Campus, Constituting Annexes To The Swz. The Order Will Be Implemented In The Design And Perform Construction Works System. 1. Warranty And Guarantee: The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Guarantee For A Period Of Min. 36 Months For The Subject Of The Order, Excluding Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order For Which A Warranty Is Provided By The Manufacturer. In The Case Of Systems And Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Order, The Warranty Period Applies In Accordance With The Manufacturers Warranty Conditions, But Not Shorter Than 36 Months. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide At Least 5-Year Warranty On The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Guarantee And Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting An Integral Part Of The Terms Of Reference.2.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Attached Documentation, Including Functional And Utility Programs For Two Stages, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design Of A Video Monitoring System On The Pcz Campus, As Well As Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Construction Law And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular Compliance With The Principles Of Ensuring Accessibility In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs, And Other Regulations Related To The Subject Of The Contract. The Attached Documentation Is Subject To Mandatory Verification By The Contractor.
