1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Operation Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok, In The Brzesko Commune On A Property Owned By The Contractor Or To Which The Contractor Has Legal Title As Of The Date Of Submission Of The Offer And At Least For The Period Of Service Provision (E.G. Perpetual Usufruct, Lease, Rental, Lending Agreement) From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 Year. Pszok Will Accept Free Of Charge From The Ordering Party And Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Brzesko Commune The Following Fractions Of Municipal Waste Collected Separately: 1) Paper; 2) Metal; 3) Plastics; 4) Glass; 5) Multi-Material Packaging; 6) Bio-Waste; 7) Expired Medicines And Waste That Does Not Qualify As Medical Waste Generated In The Household As A Result Of Taking Medicinal Products In The Form Of Injection And Monitoring The Level Of Substances In The Blood, In Particular Needles And Syringes;8) Used Batteries And Accumulators;9) Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment (Complete);10) Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste;11) Used Tires - 4 Pieces Per Year From Households. Above The Agreed Amount, A Fee Will Be Charged In Accordance With The Applicable Price List For Waste Acceptance At Pszok; 12) Textiles And Clothing; 13) Clean Construction Rubble, In An Amount Not Exceeding 500 Kg Per Household Per Year. Above The Agreed Amount, A Fee Will Be Charged In Accordance With The Applicable Price List For Waste Acceptance At Pszok.2.As Part Of Additional Services, The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point Will Accept The Following Waste Fractions, Which Are Subject To An Additional Fee In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Brzesko City Council No. Xxvii/218/2020 Of October 28, 2020 On Determining The Type Of Additional Services Provided By The Brzesko Commune In The Field Of Collecting Municipal Waste From Property Owners And Managing This Waste, The Method Of Their Provision And The Prices For These Services. 1) Demolition Waste (Post-Renovation, Such As: Shower Tray, Bathtub, Toilet Bowl, Contaminated Construction Rubble, Polystyrene, Floor And Wall Panels, Plaster And Plaster Boards, Etc.); 2) Paint Cans, Chemicals, Solvents, Paints, Adhesives, Binders, Resins; 3) Tires Over 4 Pieces Per Year From Households; 4) Incomplete Electrical And Electronic Equipment; 5) Branches And Branches, 6) Construction Waste Such As Clean Construction Rubble In An Amount Exceeding 500 Kg Per Household Per Year. 3. Accepted Waste Should Be Collected, Each Fraction Separately, In Designated And Described Containers.
