Place Of Delivery And Unloading: Logistics Training Center Ul. Bema 14 86-300 Grudziądz, As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged, On His Own And At The Price Of The Contract, To: 1) Deliver The Subject Of The Order In The Required Quantities; 2) Unload And Bring It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party; 3) Perform Final Assembly And Installation, If Required; 4) Start Up The Devices; 5) Carry Out The Required Checking Activities; 6) Provide The Required Documentation; 7) Transfer The Required Licenses And Software, Including Updates Of The Delivered Software (If Applicable); 8) Transfer Of Additional Equipment And Consumables Specified In The Opz;9) Training/Instruction On The Use Of Devices;10) Providing Warranty And Service On The Terms Specified In The Contract;11) Performing Other Activities Directly Related To The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract On The Terms Specified In The Terms Of The Contract.
