Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of A Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader With A Wheeled Chassis

I. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Piece Of Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader With A Wheeled Chassis Along With The Required Equipment And Accessories. Justification For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of One Complete Self-Propelled Backhoe Loader With A Wheeled Chassis Along With The Required Equipment And Accessories, Constituting Functionally And Technically One Whole. Division Contract, In Particular By Awarding A Separate Contract For The Supply Of The Basic Machine And Individual Pieces Of Equipment Or Accessories, Would Be Inappropriate For Technical And Organizational Reasons. The Accessories Included In The Order Must Be Fully Compatible With The Offered Backhoe Loader, Its Hydraulic System, Fastening System And Operational Parameters. Execution Of The Order By One Contractor Will Also Enable Uniform Responsibility For The Proper Operation Of The Entire Set, Including Proper Cooperation Of The Machine With The Supplied Accessories, And Will Also Ensure Consistency Of Warranty, Service And After-Sales Service Conditions. Dividing The Order Between Several Contractors Could Lead To Difficulties In Determining Responsibility In In The Event Of A Failure Or Improper Cooperation Of Individual Elements, As Well As Result In The Need For Additional Coordination Of Deliveries And The Risk Of Delivering Equipment Incompatible With The Basic Machine. At The Same Time, The Nature And Scope Of The Order Do Not Indicate That The Lack Of Division Into Parts Would Lead To An Unjustified Restriction Of Competition. The Subject Of The Order Is A Typical Market Delivery Of A Complete Backhoe Loader With Accessories, Which Can Be Performed By Entities Dealing In The Sale And Supply Of This Type Of Machines. Taking The Above Into Account, The Ordering Party Decided That Dividing The Order Into Parts Is Not Justified Either From A Technical, Organizational Or Economic Point Of View And Could Cause Excessive Difficulties In The Execution Of The Order. Ii. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 7 To Swz.Iii. The Ordering Party Requires That All Offered Contract Items Be Covered By At Least A 24-Month Warranty Period Or Min. 2,000 Mth (Whichever Comes First) Awarded On The Terms Specified In The Contract/Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract. Iv. Place Of Execution Of The Contract (Place Of Delivery): Miechów Commune, The Place Will Be Indicated By The Ordering Party.
