Dr. Jerzego Gerarda Koppa 1A, 87-400 Golub-Dobrzyń.4.2 The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Third Party Claims, With Complete Car Documentation Necessary For Registration And Operation. The Permissible Total Weight Of The Vehicle Must Enable Driving On The Basis Of A Category B Driving License. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. The Required Parameters, Is Specified In Annex No. 1A (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) To This Tor. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That Whenever The Subject Of The Order Specified In The Tor (Appendix No. 1A) Is Described By Indicating A Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E.
