The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Superstructure And Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Cultural Center Of The Jabłonna Commune, Together With The Reconstruction Of External Stairs And The Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People, Along With The Performance Of All Works, Supplies, Installations, Devices, Tests, Research, Regulations, Commissioning And As-Built Documentation Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Facility.2. The Scope Includes Works In All Industries Resulting From The Design Documentation, In Particular Construction, Architectural, Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications, Fire Protection, Hvac, Photovoltaic Installations And Works Related To Stage Technology.3. The Part Of The Building Used By The Volunteer Fire Department Remains Outside The Main Scope Of The Order, With The Exception Of Interrelated Works And Installations Indicated In The Design Documentation.4. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, In Particular:• Land Development Design,• Architectural And Construction Design,• Technical Design Together With Industry Studies, Including Structural, Sanitary, Electrical And Telecommunications Studies,• Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Requirements Resulting From The Documentation.5. In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Report Them To The Ordering Party Before Performing The Works Covered By The Discrepancy. Without The Employers Written Decision, The Contractor Should Not Independently Adopt A Solution That Affects The Scope, Cost Or Technical Parameters.6. Detailed Technical Solutions Should Be Adopted In Accordance With Technical Documentation And Relevant Industry Studies.7.
