Wrzosowa In Kobylnica With A Hardened Cement Concrete Surface, Class C30/37, 3.5 M Wide, 2) Construction Of A Section (Intersection) Of Municipal Road No. 114093G - Ul. Topolowa In Kobylnica With A Hardened Surface Made Of Solid Concrete Road Slabs With Dimensions Of 3 Meters X 1.5 Meters, Constituting A Continuation Of The Constructed Road, 3) Construction Of Roadsides On Both Sides Paved With Crushed Aggregate, 4) Reconstruction Of The Existing And Construction Of Newly Designed Exits To The Plots Located Along The Above-Mentioned Roads With A Hardened Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes,5) Construction Of A Passing Road With A Hardened Surface Made Of C30/37 Class Cement Concrete, 1.5 M Wide And 20 M Long,6) Dismantling The Existing Fence With A Length Of Approximately 120 M And Reconstruction Of The Fence By Installing A Panel Fence With A Length Of Approximately 105 M,7) Adjustment Of The Existing Technical Infrastructure In The Form Of Wells, Valves, Etc.,8) Removal Of Any Collisions With Existing Technical Infrastructure,9) Restoring Green Areas By Covering Them With Topsoil And Sowing The Layer With Grass,10) Implementing Permanent Traffic Organization By Installing Horizontal Markings,11) Implementing Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction Works, And12) Preparing And Accepting An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Into The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources,13) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or A Certificate Of No Objection Until Completion Works,14) Preparation Of Acceptance Documentation.2.The Ordering Party Indicates That The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of Documentation Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Used To Report The Execution Of Works To The Competent Authorities.2.The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Section 1 And 2 And In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law By Means Of Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3.
