Package No. 1 - Set For Stabilization Of The Occipital-Cervical Spine. The Order Will Be Carried Out Within The Commission Established By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Also Be Obliged To Provide, Free Of Charge, For The Duration Of The Contract, The Instruments Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Offered Implants, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Order Documents. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Quantity Is Specified In Annex No. 2 Of The Swz - Assortment And Price Form. Information Regarding The Principles Of Delivery, Guarantee And Remuneration Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Succession Agreement Regarding Public Procurement And Annex No. 3A - Draft Provisions Of The Lending Agreement Regarding Public Procurement. Medical Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order Should Be Understood As Medical Devices Within The Meaning Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices, Having The Necessary Documents Authorizing Marketing And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
