The Subject Of The Order Is Supply Of Fuel Oil To Oil Boiler Rooms In Municipal Buildings In The Borowa Commune In The 2026/2027 Heating Season.1) The Offered Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024 And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content Of Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which They Will Be Used Heavy Fuel Oils (Item 2008), And Also: - Kinetic Viscosity At A Temperature Of 20Oc Not Higher Than 6 Mm2/S; - Calorific Value Not Lower Than 42.6 Mj/Kg; - Density At A Temperature Of 15 Degrees C Not Higher Than 860 Kg/M3; - Pour Point Max -20 Degrees C; - Residue After Coking (10% Of Distillation Residue Max. 0.3 % (M/M);- Sulfur Content Max. 0.1 % (M/M);- Water Content Max. 200 Mg/Kg;- Content Of Solid Impurities Max. 24 Mg/Kg;- Residue After Ashing Max Mg/L;- Fractional Composition: Up To A Temperature Of 250 Degrees Celsius, Max. 65% (V/V) Is Distilled.3) A Single Order Of Oil Will Be 3,000 - 11,000 Liters, And Deliveries To Individual Facilities Will Be Combined.4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Number Of Deliveries Up To 20%, Depending On Weather Conditions During The Heating Season.
