The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Technological Equipment (Furniture And Equipment) As Part Of The Investment Task Titled: Reconstruction Of Pavilion No. 4 Of The Pulmonology And Thoracic Surgery Center In Bystra - Improving The Quality Of Medical Services And Patients Stay Conditions Covered By A Subsidy From The Budget Of The Silesian Voivodeship, In The Scope Of A Given Part Of Package No. 1 - Furniture Equipment. As Part Of The Package, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Is Consistent With The Swz (Including Opz), Brand New And Unused, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, In Particular Defects, Construction And Workmanship Errors And Other Technical Defects That Could Become Apparent During Its Use. It Should Guarantee The Safety Of Patients And Medical Staff. As Part Of The Selected Package, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Equipment With Parameters Consistent Or Better With The Requirements Presented By The Ordering Party In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Indicated Below In Each Of The Packages. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Contract (The Extended Warranty Period Is A Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers). The Contractor Undertakes To Remove All Defects, Failures And Failures Of The Subject Of The Contract Revealed During The Warranty Period. The Contractor Guarantees The Ability To Accept Complaints During The Warranty Period And To Respond Immediately In Terms Of Technical Support. As Part Of The Warranty, The Contractor Should Guarantee The Deadline For Removing The Defect/Failure/Failure Of The Subject Of The Contract, Counted From The Moment Of Reporting The Defect Or Failure Until It Is Effectively Removed, But It Cannot Be Longer Than 7 Business Days (The Deadline For Completing The Repair Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). Effective Removal Of A Defect/Fault/Failure Means Repair Or Replacement (Ensuring All The Required Features Of The Subject Of The Order).
